Ville Sull'Arno Florence, Florence

The hotel rooms were not too big but very comfortable with everything you need inside, to avoid confusion. However, there was disturbance at night that I didn't like. The staff here are excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location is a little way out of the centre of Florence which suited us as it was less busy with lovely views of the river. The dining experience was good with very good coffee and a wonderful view.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms overlooked the river, providing a serene atmosphere, and were extremely comfy. The spa located in the cool of the hotel's basement was a bonus. Overall, the room was comfortable despite being a bit small by European standards. It was spotlessly clean and provided a cozy retreat.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic – nice, clean, and with a spacious bathroom. The great big bed and lovely view over the river made it even better. However, not all rooms had the couch as advertised. This was one of the best accommodations during our 2-week honeymoon trip around Italy.
